TGRWA Project Update – Aurelien @ 833 North Clark

The 833 North Clark Residential Tower has recently topped out and has a new name – Aurelien!

TGRWA was the Structural Engineer of Record for the new 32 story residential tower In addition to the 373 new residential units, the post-tensioned concrete building will include a rooftop amenity space with a pool, cabanas and fireplaces. There will also be a 4th floor green space that includes grills and bocce ball courts. TGRWA is working with Ryan Companies on the project as well as Antunovich Associates, who is the architect of record.
