TGRWA Project Update – Vantage Oak Park Now Open!

Vantage Oak Park is now open and was recently featured in Chicagoarchitecture.org!

TGRWA is the Structural Engineer of Record for the 500,000 square foot project located in downtown Oak Park, IL. The development includes a twenty-two story residential tower, a four story parking structure with below grade parking and a seven story residential / retail wing on Lake Avenue. Gensler is the Architect of Record and Tishman serves as the General Contractor.
