TGRWA Projects – Outcome Health Renovation

TGRWA is excited to see another recent project highlighted in the news! A post by Curbed.com covered Outcome Health’s proposed renovation of their new River North offices, for which TGRWA is the Structural Engineer of Record. Renovation of the structure includes reinforcement of the existing structure for new loading conditions and a roughly 2,000 square-foot opening through the floor plan for a new feature stair. Gensler was the Architect of Record and Pepper Construction was the General Contractor.
