TGRWA Projects – LondonHouse Featured in Modern Steel Construction

TGRWA is pleased to announce that the LondonHouse Hotel is currently featured as the cover story for the October issue of the Modern Steel Construction magazine! The article breaks down the structural aspects of the project into three key features: the hybrid lateral system, the double-webbed transfer girders over the ballroom space, and the renovation for the rooftop terrace. Construction challenges that the design team faced, such as the location between two landmarked buildings or the extremely small footprint, were also examined. TGRWA served as the Structural Engineer of Record for the Project with Goettsch Partners as the Architect and W.E. O’Neil as the General Contractor.
