THRIVE Charter School in Baton Rouge, LA Near Completion

Another job is near completion! The THRIVE Charter School located in Baton Rouge, LA, is set to open its doors for Phase 1 in a few months. The project includes of a 3-story, 79,000 square foot school building and two 3-story, 44,000 square foot dormitories. Both dormitories are timber-framed bearing on timber piles while the school building is a steel and masonry structure bearing on timber piles. As the Engineer of Record, TGRWA was responsible for the design and construction documents. Antunovich Associates was the Architect of Record and The Lemoine Company, LLC was the general contractor.
