TGRWA PROJECTS: LATHROP HOMES

TGRWA was pleased to celebrate the completion of Phase 1 for the Lathrop redevelopment on Chicago’s north side. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on October 15 featuring the alderman, city officials, developers, and residents as a time to recognize the 10+ year effort aimed at redeveloping Lathrop into a vibrant mixed income community. The site features an improved riverfront, large community lawn, and refurbished buildings with amenities for all residents. TGRWA participated with architect bKL and developer Related Midwest in the design and refurbishment of three buildings on the site, including two new buildings as a part of the upcoming phases. We look forward to the remaining phases ahead as we celebrate this milestone.
