We are thrilled to see Hotel Julian as a feature article in the February, 2020 issue of STRUCTURE Magazine. It goes in-depth to explain how the building rose from a 110 year-old office building in disrepair to a stunning boutique hotel on Michigan Avenue’s streetwall, just steps from Millennium Park.
TGRWA teamed with HirschMPG, Oxford Capital, and W.E. O’Neil on the renovation and rehabilitation that extended to every corner of the building, from the foundations below to a 5-story addition at the top.
