Construction progresses for a new movie theater at Oakbrook Center

TGRWA is excited to announce that construction is quickly moving along the new 4-story, 260,000 square foot 12-screen movie theater and parking garage structure at the Oakbrook Center in Oakbrook, IL. The precast structure of the garage is now constructed and the long-span steel which frames out the podium floor of the theater is nearly completed. Graycor Construction is General Growth Properties’ General Contractor for the project and TGRWA is working with Omniplan, the Project Architect. The project will be completed in the Fall of 2016.
