Construction Begins for a new Corporate Headquarters of the Chamberlain Group, Inc in Oakbrook, IL

Construction has begun for the new four story, 225,000 square foot office building for the Duchossois Group / Chamberlain Group in Oak Brook, IL. Excavation and foundation work is underway for the reinforced concrete foundations and steel framed structure. TGRWA is the Structural Engineer of Record and working with SmithgroupJJR, the Project’s Architect. Pepper Construction is the General Contractor. Project completion is slated for 2016.
