MB Financial Park at Rosemont

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings and construction administration services for MB Financial Park in Rosemont., Illinois. This new suburban entertainment and restaurant district will include (6) distinctive venues including a Toby Keith’s “I Love This Bar & Grill”, a King’s bowling emporium and a Landsdowne Irish Pub. The buildings are (1) story and (2) story steel framed structures with brick and glass facades. Each building is designed with unique architectural features distinguished by rooftop terraces, cantilevered canopies, distinctive signage and sloping roofs.
