TGRWA provided structural engineering services for the new office building. The 75,000 sq. ft., 1-story building serves as the global headquarters for the Kohler Company’s advertising and merchandising efforts. The steel framed structure includes office spaces and photo studios. The façade incorporates precast wall panels along with a Corten “Lantern” element that serves as a rooftop screen wall. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
