Kohler Creative Center

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings and construction administration services for the new single-story, 75,000 square foot headquarters for the Kohler Company’s advertising and merchandising efforts worldwide. The facility includes new office spaces and photo studios. The structural system includes a steel framed roof supported by precast concrete wall panels and reinforced concrete spread footings. One of the structural unique architectural features of the building includes the Corten “Lantern” that serves as a screen wall for rooftop mechanical equipment. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
