JW Marriott Hotel on LaSalle St.

TGRWA is providing the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for the conversion of the lower portion of the 20-story 1,100,000 square foot office building at 208 South La- Salle Street into a JW Marriott Hotel. The project includes the renovation of 600,000 sq. ft. of floor space from the basement up through the 12th floor. Key features include new and re-located stairs, elevators, escalators and mechanical shafts, several long-span floor in-fills, interior 3-story tall hotel lobby, rebuilt mechanical mezzanine floors and a new swimming pool.
