Hard Rock Hotel

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services to convert the landmark 38-story Carbide & Carbon Building into a Hard Rock Hotel. In addition to the structural modifications in the existing C&C tower, the project included the demolition of an adjoining structure and the construction of a new 5-level building with two levels of below grade parking, to accommodate Ballroom and Meeting Room functions.
