Chamberlain Group, Inc. HQ

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings, and construction phase services for the Chamberlain Group Headquarters in Oak Brook, IL. The 4-story, 190,000 square-foot office building will serve as the headquarters for the 650 employees that had previously occupied multiple buildings across the Chicagoland area. The unique crescent-shape plan and curved facade presented unique design challenges while ultimately providing a modern and stunning new structure. Notable structural characteristics for the project include: (2) +40’-0” transfer girders above a training center and a two-story retaining wall to allow for a feature outdoor space.
