TGRWA is providing the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for the redevelopment of the existing El Portal Center into a new 780,000 square foot, 3-story retail center. Features include two levels of Concourses, (2) pedestrian bridges, multiple canopies, awnings and sunshade structures. The existing drilled piers part of the original retail center were re-used with a new grade beam system to provide support for the new retail center.
