The Glen Town Center

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for the Glen Town Center Project. The project consisted of two components. The first included the conversion of the historic, 3-story, 31,000 square foot Naval Air Station Hanger One into a new Retail Center. The second included the construction of a new, single story, 21,000 square foot retail building. The cost of the construction that TGRWA was involved with was approximately $9 Million.
