Shake Shack

TGRWA is continuing to provide structural engineering services for Shake Shack restaurants throughout the U.S. Nearly 200 projects have been completed since 2012 in nearly 30 states at some of the country’s high-profile retail locations including the Mall of America, The Galleria, and the King of Prussia Mall. They include new free-standing construction and interior tenant buildouts of existing spaces, typically utilizing wood, steel, and masonry structures. Although their architectural designs vary to suit the local markets, they include features such as interior architectural elements, skewed and sloped framing, signage framing, and exterior canopies.
