Oakbrook Center – Building 'H' Reconfiguration

TGRWA provided field investigation, structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for renovated 3-story, 82,000 square foot retail space located in Oakbrook Center. The repurposed building is now divided into six (6) individual retailer spaces. Renovation work of the existing steel-framed building included the installation of new escalators, elevators, stairs, the removal and relocation of main building columns, the addition of skylights and canopies and the extension of the truck dock area.
