Hyatt Place at Crocker Park

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings, and construction phase services for this new 6-story, 69,000 square foot, 110 room hotel located in Westlake, Ohio. The building includes lobby space and amenities on the 1st Floor and (5) floors of hotel rooms. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness room, meeting rooms and a café/lounge area. The structure is composite slab-on-deck and structural steel floor framing at the 2nd Floor, and load bearing light gauge steel framing supporting slab-on-deck at the hotel floors.
