Blackstone Hotel

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for the renovation of the existing 24-story, 300,000 square foot historic Blackstone Hotel into a Marriott Renaissance Hotel. Key features include new and relocated stairs, elevator and mechanical shafts, a new loading dock, wind-bracing frame modifications, various interior floor elevation modifications and a new penthouse.
