TGRWA is providing the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for the renovation of an existing 5-story, heavy timber building into an 8-story, 130,000 square foot condominium building. The renovation includes adding a 3-story, steel-framed addition to the top of the existing 5-story timber building and adding a new 6-story, steel-framed addition adjacent to the existing timber building.
