TGRWA in the news: Doerr Building

TGRWA is excited to announce another project is in the news!

The Doerr Building, located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, was recently featured in chicagoconstructionnews.com as the home of the Chicago Innovation Exchange. TGRWA was the Structural Engineer of Record for the renovation of this historic building, which included a new modern canopy, new columns and floor framing, and reinforcement of much of the floor plan. After an initial investigation of the existing structure, TGRWA provided structural engineering consulting services to bring this early 20th-century building up to modern standards. Built Form served as the Architect of Record on the project.
