TGRWA in the news: The National

Another TGRWA project is making headlines!

The National (125 S. Clark St.), formerly the Chicago Public Schools’ headquarters, was recently featured in Crain’s.

The steel-framed structure, originally built in 1907, underwent a $30 million renovation with the opening scheduled for the first half of 2016. As the Structural Engineer of Record, TGRWA provided design and drawings for the renovation of the existing structure, including the reinforcement required for the new feature courtyard on the 6th Floor. The Construction Manager is Blue Star Properties and the Architect of Record is HBRA Architects.
