The Rookery

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for the renovation and rehabilitation of Burnham & Root’s 1886 landmark structure. Included in the project was the design of a new 5,600 square foot rooftop skylight and restoration of the existing second floor cast iron skylight.
