TGRWA is providing the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for 240,000 square feet of a Phase 2 retail development center. TGRWA’s portion of the development included the conversion of an existing 1-story steel-framed warehouse into a retail building housing a new Whole Foods store and other national retailers, a new 1-story steel-framed restaurant, a new 3-story all precast concrete parking structure and two new stand-alone wood pavilion trellises.
