Freedom Center

TGRWA provided the structural design, working drawings and construction phase services for this new 202,000 square foot, 4-story precast concrete and steel framed Community Center building located in Chicago, Illinois. The Center includes a Corps Community Center serving an estimated 22,500 people, a Harbor Light Center offering rehabilitation treatment amongst other services, and a Pathway Forward program for community reintegration, all consisting of classrooms, computer labs, offices, temporary living quarters, a chapel and two gymnasiums.
