A TGRWA project currently under construction officially has a new name!

Vantage Oak Park

TGRWA is the Structural Engineer of Record for the 500,000 square foot project located in downtown Oak Park, IL. The development includes a twenty-two story residential tower, a four story parking structure with below grade parking and a seven story residential / retail wing on Lake Avenue. Gensler is the Architect of Record and Tishman serves as the General Contractor.
