TGRWA served as the Structural Engineer of Record for the conversion of the lower portion of the 52-story office building at 330 North Wabash into the Langham Hotel. The existing building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project included the redevelopment and conversion of 350,000 square feet of existing space on floors 1 through 13, into a 5-star, 316 room, luxury hotel. Key Features include a 2-story lobby area, a 2-story ballroom, a fine dining restaurant, a swimming pool & spa and a new entrance canopy.
