TGRWA Project Update – 833 North Clark Residential Tower

Progress on the new apartment tower at 833 N. Clark continues. The new 32 story residential tower includes a four level parking garage with 373 new residential units. Construction crews have reached the 23rd floor and are beginning to install the façade. The post-tensioned concrete building will include a rooftop amenity space with a pool, cabanas and fireplaces. There will also be a 4th floor green space that includes grills and bocce ball courts. TGRWA is working with Ryan Companies on the project as well as Antunovich Associates, who is the architect of record.
