Renovation Complete at 440 S. LaSalle in Chicago

Renovations have been completed on the new amenities floor at 440 S. LaSalle in Chicago, IL. The 25,000 sq. ft. renovation includes a cafeteria with dining room and food prep area, conference rooms, fitness area and tenant lounge. As part of the renovations a new cantilevered steel framed balcony and canopy were added to the building. The renovation also included a new interior stair to allow additional access to the amenity level and support for hanging partitions within the conference rooms. TGRWA is the Structural Engineer of Record on the renovations and Wright Heerema Architects is the Architect of Record. Executive Construction Inc. was the general contractor on the project.
